As much as 73 shade trees were planted along Jalan Lenteng Agung Raya, South Jakarta.

We planted mahogany trees to realize our plan

Siti Hasni, South Jakarta Head Sub-dept. of City Parks and Cemeteries, admitted the planting was intended to refunction the area as green open space.

"We planted mahogany trees to realize our plan," she said, Monday (10/19).

She hoped the residents will keep the trees well for the sake of their comfortable. Routine watering will be run to avoid the trees get drought.
